In January 2014, 19th-26th, Nobuyuki Tsujii toured in U.S. with New-York based Orpheus Chamber Orchestra, performing with the orchestra in a Beethoven/Mozart program. Then, February 1-11, they toured Japan, at 10 stops. The tours were big successes.

On Feb. 19, 2014, this posting appeared on the facebook page of the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra, with caption "Recording Beethoven's Emperor Concerto with Nobuyuki Tsujii in Japan."

I asked if the recording will be available to the public and the reply was "That's right. The release date for our CD with Nobu will be made at a future date. Check back for details!"
Now, it seems that the album, AVCL-25867, is finally going to be released by Avex Classics in Japan on January 21, 2015:
