Nobu fan sunsoon on Twitter has been combing the web and came up with postings about Nobu that I was not aware of.

From Wikipedia, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ueno_Gakuen_University
When I checked the university's website in 2010, Nobu and one of his professor, Mr. Yukio Yokoyama, were shown in photos in a slide show at the top of the page. Mr. Y is the professor seen in the 2009 Cliburn Competition documentary "A Surprise in Texas". Sadly, he has had a dispute with the university and I believe Mr. Y is no longer on the faculty.

But Nobu is still the university's top alumni, and, as sunsoon posted, he is mentioned on a page キャリアインタビュー (Career Interviews), featuring interviews with some of the university prominent alumni -- Nobu is featured at the top, of course.

No.01 "Encounter" [Nobuyuki Tsujii interview]
I went to schools for the blind for my elementary and junior high schools. For high school, I went to one that specializes in music; then, I chose the Ueno Gakuen University for further pursuit of music. During my school days, the time I spent at college was a memorable one. It was fun to have a conversation with friends who share common interest in music, and it was also stimulating to be with friends that share the same goal.
What music gave me are "encounters. " Of course not just through the piano, but also through classical music. I knew Chopin and Mozart, but without encountering music I would not have a life. The challenge of the Van Cliburn International Piano Competition while I was still at school was a turning point that opened the door to the world for me. Currently, I think meeting with many customers who come to my concerts are also encounters that music has given me.
By experiencing these various encounters, I would like to become a pianist who can be active internationally, and become a musician beloved by many people.

From Wikipedia, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ueno_Gakuen_University
"Ueno Gakuen University (上野学園大学 Ueno gakuen daigaku) is a private university in Taito, Tokyo, Japan, specialising in music. It was established in 1958. Its predecessor was a school for young women founded in 1904. One of the university's most prominent alumni is pianist Nobuyuki Tsujii, gold medalist of the 2009 Thirteenth Van Cliburn International Piano Competition. Tsujii entered the university's Performance Program in April 2007, and graduated in March, 2011."
(And it wasn't I who put that mentioning of Nobu in the university's wiki page. ^_^)When I checked the university's website in 2010, Nobu and one of his professor, Mr. Yukio Yokoyama, were shown in photos in a slide show at the top of the page.
