毎日見ているわけでもないけど、なんとなく見ることが多いテレビ朝日「徹子の部屋」。12時ちょうどからの放送になって、かえって見やすくなったかも。
今日のゲストはピアニストの辻井伸行。実はスポーツが好きで、プールで泳いだりエアロバイクを漕いだりするそうな。演奏旅行にも水着は必ず持参という。「食べるのが好きで太りやすいので運動もしないと」健康的だわ
くしゃみをしたとき、欧米ではよく"God bless you!"と周りの人が言う。そのフレーズを各国語でなんて言うか調べるのが趣味(?!)。徹子さんのくしゃみに合わせて、トルコ語やロシア語、ドイツ語で披露した。誰かがくしゃみしたとき、そこの言葉で言ってみせると「すごくウケます」
数年前に徹子さんが辻井氏の練習室を訪問したときの映像も。「今日のお客様は黒柳徹子さんです」と口調を真似ながら「徹子の部屋」テーマを弾く。意外とお茶目
そしてCMの後に生演奏というところで、テロップに「羽生＆荒川も滑った曲」と出た。。。思わず録画ボタンを押してしまった。演奏したのはラフマニノフ「パガニーニの主題による狂詩曲」から「第18変奏」、辻井氏自身の編曲。
荒川静香のプログラムはあまり覚えてないんだけど（「トゥーランドット」の印象が強すぎて＾＾；）、羽生結弦が世界ジュニアで優勝したときのフリーは記憶に新しい。終盤の美しいスピンを思い出しながら聴いていた。
曲が終わると、くるりと向き直ってピアノに背中を向けて座り、、、手を後ろに回して「徹子の部屋」テーマを弾き始めた 右手の低音でメロディを、左手の高音で和音を弾く。こんなことができちゃうんだ 「難しいんでしょ」「そんなに難しくないです。モーツァルトがよくやったそうです」へぇ～～～
産婦人科医のお父さんからの言葉。「視覚障害がわかったときは、『生まれてきてよかった』と思える人生を送れるか危惧しましたが、生涯をかけて打ち込めるものが見つかって安堵しています」「（今後に望むことは？）幸せになってほしい」。親の率直な気持ち・・・
ラフマニノフ「ピアノ協奏曲第3番」を、リバプールの交響楽団と演奏するコンサートをするというお知らせ。フィギュアスケートでよく使われるラフマニノフ、一度ちゃんと聴いてみようかな

I don't watch it every day, but somehow I often see "Tetsuko's Room" on Asahi TV. It comes on at noon, and is easy to catch.
Today's guest was pianist Nobuyuki Tsujii. ...
A few years back on the show Tetsuko visited Tsujii's practice room. He imitated perfectly the tone of Tetsuko saying her opening line, while playing the show's theme song. It was quite a hoot.
Then . . . I instinctively pressed the record button, when he started playing Rachmaninov's 18th variation from "Rhapsody Theme of Paganini", arranged by Tsujii himself.
...
When the song ended, he turned around and started playing the theme of "Tetsuko's Room", with his hands behind his back, the left hand playing the chords in treble. She said, "It must be hard to do." He said, "Not that hard. Mozart seemed to have done it very well."
He spoke about his father, a gynecologist. "When we found out that he is visually impaired, we worried about how he would live his life, but we want him to know that it was okay to be born. What would he do in the future? We are fortunate that it has worked out. " A parent speaking candidly.
We are told that he will be playing Rachmaninoff's "Piano Concerto No. 3" with the Symphony Orchestra of Liverpool. Rachmaninoff is commonly used in figure skating, I would like to listen to him properly.

辻井さんの素直な演奏、アレンジが胸にジーンと💘お母様の愛が伝わってきて涙溢れた。海外のオーケストラとの競演！凄いです！手の動き、速さ、どうやって身に付けていったのだろうかと果てしない想像をしている。伸行さんの才能と努力と御両親の愛💞愛、愛情の深さに感動です!!!!!!! 二日前『ブルースブラザーズ』(フランス語版)見て久々『レイ・チャールズ』聞いた。彼も全盲。ハンディなんて言葉はいらない。ただ…！レイ・チャールズの映画『レイ』を見ると彼は波乱万丈だった。お薦めの映画✌この映画の中ではスタインウエイがアメリカで認められる前に恐らくこの時代、ジャズの録音は『ボールドウィンピアノ』だった様子が見て聞ける。
『ボールドウィンピアノ』が至る場面で堪能出来ます♪(私も以前ボールドウィンピアノを所有していた事あるの)

I don't watch it every day, but somehow I often see "Tetsuko's Room" on Asahi TV. It comes on at noon, and is easy to catch.
Today's guest was pianist Nobuyuki Tsujii. ...
A few years back on the show Tetsuko visited Tsujii's practice room. He imitated perfectly the tone of Tetsuko saying her opening line, while playing the show's theme song. It was quite a hoot.
Then . . . I instinctively pressed the record button, when he started playing Rachmaninov's 18th variation from "Rhapsody Theme of Paganini", arranged by Tsujii himself.

When the song ended, he turned around and started playing the theme of "Tetsuko's Room", with his hands behind his back, the left hand playing the chords in treble. She said, "It must be hard to do." He said, "Not that hard. Mozart seemed to have done it very well."
He spoke about his father, a gynecologist. "When we found out that he is visually impaired, we worried about how he would live his life, but we want him to know that it was okay to be born. What would he do in the future? We are fortunate that it has worked out. " A parent speaking candidly.
We are told that he will be playing Rachmaninoff's "Piano Concerto No. 3" with the Symphony Orchestra of Liverpool. Rachmaninoff is commonly used in figure skating, I would like to listen to him properly.

辻井さんの素直な演奏、アレンジが胸にジーンと💘お母様の愛が伝わってきて涙溢れた。海外のオーケストラとの競演！凄いです！手の動き、速さ、どうやって身に付けていったのだろうかと果てしない想像をしている。伸行さんの才能と努力と御両親の愛💞愛、愛情の深さに感動です!!!!!!! Tsujii's straightforward playing and arrangements transmitted love and drew overflowing tears. Performing with overseas orchestra! Is amazing! Lightning fast movements, endless imagination is a wonder. Nobuyuki's talent and effort cultivated by the love of his parents. The depth of their affection is moving.
伸行さんも御両親もここまでに辿り着く道程はどんなにか御苦労と御心配があったろうか、お母様の明日を信じる強い気持ちと明るさで導かれたと伸行さんは話された。
世界で活躍する盲目のピアニスト誕生はドラマを超越したドラマに違いない。
盲目であるがゆえ全身全霊で開花した才能と私は信じる！辻井伸行さんのピュアな音、音楽は心の鏡なのだろうと感じる💛
The journey that Nobuyuki and his parrent have come so far, in spite of hardships and worries. Nobuyuki was led to a strong belief of a bright future that his mother talked about. The birth of a world-class blind pianist is a timeless drama.
I believe his talent flowered in body and soul because he is blind! Tsujii Nobuyuki's pure sound of the music I feel might be a mirror of the mind.

Nobuyuki plays the theme song of "Tetsuko's Room" behind his back, as you can see in this photo. Amazing! Really amazing. He can also read in many languages too! Really great!
二日前『ブルースブラザーズ』(フランス語版)見て久々『レイ・チャールズ』聞いた。彼も全盲。ハンディなんて言葉はいらない。ただ…！レイ・チャールズの映画『レイ』を見ると彼は波乱万丈だった。お薦めの映画✌この映画の中ではスタインウエイがアメリカで認められる前に恐らくこの時代、ジャズの録音は『ボールドウィンピアノ』だった様子が見て聞ける。
『ボールドウィンピアノ』が至る場面で堪能出来ます♪(私も以前ボールドウィンピアノを所有していた事あるの)

There are live performances of Tsujii coming up and I wants to hear him with [some brand of] piano. I hope he will use [that kind of piano] at this year's recitals.
