Since 2009, the BS (premium) channel of Japan's Asahi-TV has aired a New Year special on Nobuyuki Tsujii, known as the "Miracle Pianist" series,
The tradition continues this year. On New Year Day 2019, a Tuesday, there will be a show to be aired 9: 00 ~ 10: 54. Description below.

毎年、新たな音楽に挑む辻井の姿を追ってきたが、今秋、辻井自身初となる室内楽を演奏した。
若手ヴァイオリニストとして注目を集める三浦文彰とのヴァイオリンソナタやチャイコフスキー国際コンクールで最高位を獲得した川久保賜紀、ヴィオラのレヒ・アントニオ・ウジンスキ、チェロのヨナタン・ローゼマン、そしてコントラバスは加藤雄太とのピアノ協奏曲の室内楽版など、ソロ演奏かオーケストラとの共演しか経験のない辻井にとっては新鮮で緊張感の伴うコンサートになりそうだ。
新たなジャンルに挑む辻井伸行に完全密着。
Every year we have followed the new music challenges of Tsujii. This autumn, Tsujii himself made his first chamber music performances.
Appearing with Tsujii in performances are young violinists Fumiaki Miura and Tamaki Kawakubo, who won top prizes at international competitions. Also appearing are Swiss viola player Lech Antonio Uzinski, cellist Jonathan Roseman, and contrabass Yuta Kato. They will play a chamber version of the Chopin Piano Concerto No. 2
For Tsujii, who had experience only with solo performances or orchestras, this seems a fresh and intense experience.
We will follow Nobuyuki Tsujii closely as he tackles the challenges of this new music genre.

The photo -- taken backstage -- shows Nobu and Fumi in center, flanked by cellist Jonathan Roseman (L) and violist Lech Antonio Uszynski (R), everybody is smiling broadly -- arms around shoulders, etc . The Europeans are wearing black performance attires, but Nobu and Fumi are wearing ... New York Yankees (baseball team) uniforms, for some reason. (I suspect Fumi is a baseball fan, and the uniforms were gotten by Nobu when he was at the Yankee Stadium last month, attending his first-ever baseball game before his Carnegie Hall performance -- as heard from Nobu's management team.)
