I found the concert announcement by the Kagoshima venue at https://kagoshima-onkyo.rgr.jp/organized/10874/, with image of a flyer. This apparently is one performance on Nobu's regular Japan recital tour (as distinct from his upcoming 2024 Premier Recitals in December).

This is the same program as his upcoming Carnegie Hall recital on March 21 2025, as I had surmised.
